What should I do if ProRealTime isn't working properly?

1. First check our platform status page  to ensure PRT is up and running

2. Close and relaunch ProRealTime

3. Uninstall and reinstall ProRealTime

4. Launch PRT from a different browser

5. Try launching PRT using JAVA mode. Select ‘Start ProRealTime using Java’ from the launch window

6. Check the ProRealTime support website for further support
